下記を元に新規で環境を構築したらエラーが発生した。
こんなエラーメッセージ。

どうやらdebianのバージョンなどが変わったようで、
wordmoveのコンテナで下記を実行した時に出ていたみたい。
apt-get update -y
でググった結果下記に変更して解決した。
apt-get update --allow-releaseinfo-change
これは起動時だけで良いみたいな。
